Welcome to My Lead Suite


These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are a legally binding contract between you (“Client”) and

Humble Focus LLC

, doing business as (“DBA”)

My Lead Suite

(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up for, accessing, or using My Lead Suite services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.


If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase, access, or use My Lead Suite.


1. Plan Features and Pricing

Social, Business, and Premium Plans

• Plan inclusions are detailed on our website and may vary based on the tier selected. Clients are encouraged to review their plan features before purchase.

• Each plan offers specific services and limits, which may include capped usage (e.g., Zapier tasks or AI actions).

• Optional add-ons, such as onboarding calls, are available at an additional cost.

Trials and Billing

• Social Plan: Includes a 3-day trial. Business Plan: Includes a 7-day trial. Auto-renewal begins immediately after the trial ends unless canceled before the trial expires.

• The Premium Plan does not offer a trial. Billing begins immediately upon subscription.

• Clients are solely responsible for canceling trials through their dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected] prior to the automated transaction.

Overage Fees and Pricing Changes

• Zapier Overages: Tasks above 750 in a calendar month are automatically billed at $0.05 per task. Clients must monitor their usage and task counts.

• Additional Fees: Other fees (e.g., phone system usage, AI actions, email verifications) are detailed on our pricing page. Clients are responsible for monitoring usage and understanding applicable charges.

• Price Changes: We will notify clients of pricing changes when reasonable. Changes are effective immediately unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments

• All payments are non-refundable, regardless of account usage or system access. Clients explicitly agree to this policy upon signup via checkbox acknowledgment.

• Payment methods are stored securely and processed automatically for renewals, overages, and additional charges.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing invoices and monitoring account usage to avoid disputes.

Chargebacks

To dispute a payment, clients must contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. We retain data to counter disputes, including:

• Login and usage activity.

• Subscription agreements.

• Acknowledgments of Terms and Conditions.

• System access logs.

Failure to review these Terms or misunderstanding of charges does not constitute grounds for a chargeback.


3. Service Access and Suspension

• Accounts are suspended automatically upon failed payments. During suspension, clients lose access to system features but remain responsible for charges incurred (e.g., Zapier tasks, phone system fees).

• Data for suspended accounts is retained for 30 days. Full payment is required to regain access.

• If a client cancels their subscription, all data must be exported before termination. Post-cancellation, data retention is not guaranteed, and access is immediately revoked.


4. Optional Onboarding Add-On

Clients may purchase a $200 Done-With-You Onboarding Add-On, which includes up to two onboarding calls. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the client uses the service, as third-party resources are allocated upon booking.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

Limitations of Liability

• Humble Focus LLC is not liable for:

• Issues caused by third-party integrations (e.g., Aryeo, Zapier, HDPhotoHub).

• Downtime, glitches, or system malfunctions beyond our control.

• Data breaches or security vulnerabilities.

• Clients must plan for potential downtime and ensure their own cybersecurity measures.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Humble Focus LLC harmless from all claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their usage of My Lead Suite, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized activities.

• Excess usage of paid services.

• Misuse of integrations or automations.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are solely responsible for monitoring their billing, usage, and system activities. Ignorance of fees or terms will not be accepted as grounds for disputes.

• Clients must clearly communicate any cancellation requests (e.g., specific services like Zapier or the CRM).

• Clients agree to review these Terms in full and acknowledge that checking the Terms and Conditions box signifies understanding and acceptance.


7. Termination Policy

• Upon termination or cancellation, clients have 0 days to export their data. All data is permanently deleted after 30 days unless retention is required for billing or legal purposes.

• Clients are encouraged to cancel services they no longer wish to use in a timely and explicit manner.

8. Additional Fees

Clients may encounter fees beyond subscription costs. Examples include but are not limited to:

• Phone System: $0.028/min (outbound), $0.017/min (inbound), $0.0158/segment (texting).

• Email System: $0.0014/email (send/receive), $0.005/email (verification).

• AI Features: $0.18/1,000 words (Content AI); $0.06/execution (Workflow AI - GPT-4).

• WhatsApp: $0.148/conversation.

• Domain Purchases: $12/month per domain.

• Additional details are available on our pricing page. Other fees may apply, and clients are encouraged to inquire before usage.

10. Governing Law
